General Information & Refund Policy, MUSKRAT HOUSE LEAGUE TOURNAMENT, 2023-2024 (Muskrat Minor Hockey)

MMHA HOME TOURNAMENTS 2023-2024 SEASON

Thank you for your interest in our house league tournaments!  The following HEO-Sanctioned Tournaments, HEO-027 will be held at Astrolabe Arena in Cobden, Ontario:


U11 House League "B" on Saturday December 2, 2023 - Registration is now FULL!
$620 per team for a minimum of 2 games and then an A final and B final (4 of 8 teams play a final, 3rd game)

U18 House League "B" on Saturday December 9, 2023 - Registration is now FULL!
$620 per team for a minimum of 2 games and then an A final and B final (4 of 8 teams play a final, 3rd game)

U7 Fun Day on Saturday January 13, 2024 - Registration is now FULL!
*Tier 1 division - teams with first year/new to hockey players 
*Tier 2 division - teams with second- and third-year players 
$270 per team for 3 games

U9 Jamboree on Saturday January 27, 2024 - Tier 4 - NOW FULL, Tier 3 - NOW FULL
Tier 3 and Tier 4 Divisions
$420 per team for 3 games

U15 House League "B" on Saturday February 3, 2024 - NOW FULL
$620 per team for a minimum of 2 games and then an A final and B final (4 of 8 teams play a final, 3rd game)

U13 House League "B" on Saturday February 10, 2024 - NOW FULL
$620 per team for a minimum of 2 games and then an A final and B final (4 of 8 teams play a final, 3rd game)



To register, please click on "Register" from the tournament menu.  Payment by e-transfer is preferred, sent to muskratregfees@gmail.com within 10 days of registering and including in the memo your team name, age/division, tier if U7 or U9, and date of tournament.  Thank you!


TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

If your team registers and then is no longer able to attend, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] to request a refund.  Refunds will be issued, minus a $50 administration fee to cover our e-transfer and SportsHeadz fees, when you provide us with more than 30 days notice of your withdrawal from the tournament.  If you withdraw 30 days or less before tournament day, no refunds will be issued.  Exceptions may be made, minus administration fees, if we can fill your spot with a waitlisted team.
